Devon Patel: I checked traces for Authentication Service, Inventory Service, and Notification Service. The correlation IDs line up with the incident timeline, but the highest error rate stays inside Billing Service.

Priya Shah: Please make sure GitHub item GH-3019 includes contract tests for API API-BILLING-04 and an update to the runbook.
