Incident: Inventory Synchronization Issue

Warehouse delta events arrived out of order for 11 SKUs, making storefront availability stale for 18 minutes. Checkout reservation leases protected order correctness, but customers saw inaccurate stock labels.

The fix introduced event sequence validation and a reconciliation job that compares warehouse snapshots with Inventory service state every ten minutes.
