Devon Patel: We are reviewing INC-2026-208 for Checkout Service. The main concern is whether the remediation in ACME-2008 also covers downstream impact to Checkout Service and Billing Service.

Priya Shah: I checked traces for Authentication Service, Inventory Service, and Notification Service. The correlation IDs line up with the incident timeline, but the highest error rate stays inside Checkout Service.

Noah Garcia: Please make sure GitHub item GH-2012 includes contract tests for API API-CHECKOUT-01 and an update to the runbook.

Elena Rossi: Agreed. I will add release readiness notes, dashboard screenshots, and a rollback checkpoint before this goes to canary.

Sam Rivera: Decision: keep ACME-2008 open until staging replay passes and the incident review confirms no unsupported customer-impact claims.
