Elena Rossi: We are reviewing INC-2025-304 for Billing Service. The main concern is whether the remediation in ACME-3004 also covers downstream impact to Checkout Service and Billing Service.

Sam Rivera: I checked traces for Authentication Service, Inventory Service, and Notification Service. The correlation IDs line up with the incident timeline, but the highest error rate stays inside Billing Service.

Jordan Kim: Please make sure GitHub item GH-3008 includes contract tests for API API-BILLING-01 and an update to the runbook.

Maya Chen: Agreed. I will add release readiness notes, dashboard screenshots, and a rollback checkpoint before this goes to canary.

Devon Patel: Decision: keep ACME-3004 open until staging replay passes and the incident review confirms no unsupported customer-impact claims.
