Noah Garcia: We are reviewing INC-2025-403 for Inventory Service. The main concern is whether the remediation in ACME-4003 also covers downstream impact to Checkout Service and Billing Service.

Elena Rossi: I checked traces for Authentication Service, Inventory Service, and Notification Service. The correlation IDs line up with the incident timeline, but the highest error rate stays inside Inventory Service.

Sam Rivera: Please make sure GitHub item GH-4007 includes contract tests for API API-INVENTORY-04 and an update to the runbook.

Jordan Kim: Agreed. I will add release readiness notes, dashboard screenshots, and a rollback checkpoint before this goes to canary.
