Sam Rivera: We are reviewing INC-2026-110 for Authentication Service. The main concern is whether the remediation in ACME-1020 also covers downstream impact to Checkout Service and Billing Service.

Jordan Kim: I checked traces for Authentication Service, Inventory Service, and Notification Service. The correlation IDs line up with the incident timeline, but the highest error rate stays inside Authentication Service.

Maya Chen: Please make sure GitHub item GH-1004 includes contract tests for API API-AUTHENTICATION-01 and an update to the runbook.

Devon Patel: Agreed. I will add release readiness notes, dashboard screenshots, and a rollback checkpoint before this goes to canary.

Priya Shah: Decision: keep ACME-1020 open until staging replay passes and the incident review confirms no unsupported customer-impact claims.
