Priya Shah: We are reviewing INC-2026-507 for Notification Service. The main concern is whether the remediation in ACME-5017 also covers downstream impact to Checkout Service and Billing Service.

Noah Garcia: I checked traces for Authentication Service, Inventory Service, and Notification Service. The correlation IDs line up with the incident timeline, but the highest error rate stays inside Notification Service.

Elena Rossi: Please make sure GitHub item GH-5001 includes contract tests for API API-NOTIFICATION-02 and an update to the runbook.

Sam Rivera: Agreed. I will add release readiness notes, dashboard screenshots, and a rollback checkpoint before this goes to canary.

Jordan Kim: Decision: keep ACME-5017 open until staging replay passes and the incident review confirms no unsupported customer-impact claims.
